How can I exchange or return jewelry?
It is very important to us that you get exactly the jewelry you want.
Jewelry that is already prefabricated (category "Ready to ship") can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You can also easily return items for which no specific specifications such as size or material (e.g. earrings, pendants) have to be specified when purchasing. See our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy for more information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain types of products are excluded from returns. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on engraved pieces or returns due to incorrectly ordered ring sizes, as this is the customer's responsibility. Here's a guide on how to reliably determine the correct ring size.
We'd also be happy to send you a ring sizer. Please contact us to do so.
We do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products that have been customized and handcrafted just for you. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards and discounted products.
If you are not satisfied with a personalized item, please contact us. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible and find a solution together.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
